Shamu Whale Kills Trainer

Dawn Brancheau, a whale trainer at Sea World Orlando, was killed by a whale on February 24th, 2010. Tilikum, the whale who killed her, has killed two other times. Once when a man got into the park after hours, and another trainer years ago. The incident happened after an afternoon show with about twenty people who stayed behind after the show to take pictures, watching. She was apparently standing on the front stage when the whale turned around and went at her with full speed. Tilikum grabbed her waist by his mouth and dragged her into the pool. She was thrashed around both above and under water. The other trainers sounded the horn and netted the animal. Once the animal was lifted out of the water, Dawn was still in his mouth. The whale's jaw had to be preyed open to get the body of Dawn Brancheau out of the whale's mouth, she was then covered by a sheet, said an eye wittiness. According to msnbc.com.

Banned From Fashion Week?

As a movie star you know your life is going down hill when you are banned from an event that most celebrities are paid to attend. Thats exactly what happend to Mrs. Lindsay Lohan this week. The daily news reported on Monday that a source close to Lindsay claimed that the star had not been invited to Jill Stewart's Fasion Week Show because she was "a brand damager." Alot of the designers dont think shes worth all the press she'd give their show. If Linsday thinks this is a suprise she'd better read her other recent articles about her in the tabloids. She made her bed she can lay in it.

Jersey Shore

I never thought I could ever enjoy a show based solely on fist pumping and tanning, but here I am addicted to watching Jersey Shore. There is just something so enticing about the drama, the cat fights and the sexual tension between roomates. The show just completed its first season and it was such a major sucess that MTV has signed the cast on for a second season. In this second season the cast members will reportedly each recieve $10,000 an episode. Thats alot of money their being paid just to drink and fist pump the summer away. I have a feeling the second season will be filled with just as much fist pumping drama as the first.

Teen Mom

As an avid viewer of MTV's Teen Mom, this article caught my eye. Farrah Abraham, who is one of the stars of the reality show claims she was assulted by her mother. If you have watched the last couple seasons of the show you would have seen the way Farrah's mother Debra treated her. Which is why the accusations against Debra do not suprise me at all. In this article the police responded to a call from Farrah stating that her mother assulted her. When the police arrived at their home they were arguing about childcare issues and other problems. The problem started when Debra threw a shirt at Farrah but it reportedly landed on or near Farrah's child Sophia, causing her to cry. Debra then grabbed Farrah by the throat, Farrah pushed her hand away and Debra proceeded to slap her in the face and mouth. Officers who responded to the scene reported multiple cuts to Farrah's face and mouth.
Maybe this wouldnt have happend if it wasnt for them being on the reality television show, maybe it wouldnt have happend if Farrah hadn't become pregnant at such a young age, but like I said before these actions from Debra do not surprise me after watching her on the show. She should be punished by the law and MTV should prohibit her from making any money off the show from now on.
